Mr. Hawkins is the former Chief Financial Officer of Transamerica Finance Company, where he was responsible for managing over $20.0 billion in financings. Among his responsibilities was the management of over $2.0 billion in foreign exchange exposures. Mr. Hawkins was responsible for developing and implementing Transamerica’s foreign exchange risk management policy, as approved by the Board of Directors.
Prior to Transamerica, Mr. Hawkins was a financial officer at Texaco.
Mr. Hawkins holds his degree from McGill University.
